100 Wall Balls
*the goal is 100 unbroken, if you do 30 wall balls the first set, you stop & do 70 Burpees. You continue this until you total 100 wall balls.
 
Ex: set 1 30 wall balls ; 70 Burpees
Set 2 50 wall balls ; 50 Burpees
Set 3 20 wall balls no Burpees
